Probably every workshop we have facilitated, no matter how successful, has usually left the school wondering how on earth to get the full involvement and co-operation of the parents and local community. They feel quite rightly that this would be the culmination of the work they are already doing within the school. The challenge is how?

Continue to develop the existing good practice of the PAC, and provide opportunities for the staff within the PAC to be involved with the race equality workshops!
