‘Train the Trainers’ To provide 6 days training for 5 staff from the EAZ Schools & 3 members of the Management Board on Anti-Racism in Education, so that they develop the skills, knowledge and awareness to facilitate training within the EAZ schools. |

Achievements:
|
The training was rigorous, as necessitated by the serious/sensitive nature of the area of work. It highlighted how few staff have received recent training and awareness-raising in the area of anti-racist education. Participants found it challenging, and it revealed a great depth and variety of facilitation skills and awareness throughout the team, who are now prepared to take sessions in the Small EAZ. The first session will be co-facilitated with one of the external consultants who facilitated the ‘Train the Trainers’ course. |
