Project Charlie is a PSHE/drug education resource which aims to empower young people with the skills, attitudes, knowledge and understanding to make their own decisions about drug experimentation, use and misuse. The programme places great emphasis on life skills, which it regards as key to ensuring that young people make healthy decisions about their lives.
